Kyle Freeland throws six shutout in Coors

Kyle Freeland improved to 2-3 on Thursday versus Philadelphia, throwing six shutout innings while striking out seven.

Fantasy Impact:

Freeland allowed just two hits and didn't walk a batter en route to the 6-2 Rockies victory. The performance lowered his season ERA to 4.23 on the year and was even more impressive since it came against a good offense in Coors Field. Freeland has pitched well outside of one clunker versus the Braves. His next start comes against the Nationals at home.
