Jordan Lyles fired six scoreless innings and picked up his second win in the Pirates' 4-1 victory over the Giants on Friday. He allowed four hits, one walk, and struck out six.
Fantasy Impact:
Lyles is on a roll, with 16 strikeouts and just one run allowed over his last two starts. He'll be a hot name on the waiver wire this week, and for good reason. If his curveball is on Lyles has shown the ability to be dominant, although he's struggled with inconsistently throughout his career. Still, he's definitely worth a look after his last two starts. He'll take the hill next Wednesday against Arizona.
