Vince Velasquez allowed two runs on seven hits and a walk over 5 2/3 innings while striking out eight in a no-decision against the Colorado Rockies on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Velasquez pitched well on Friday but was not able to hang on for a win in a game the Phillies went on to lose in extra innings. Through his first 17 2/3 innings, he now has a 2.55 ERA and 16 strikeouts. His next start is scheduled to come against the Mets in New York.
