Fantasy Impact:
Morrow had been aiming to rejoin the Cubs sometime in May but that is likely out of the picture now. He'll likely be shut down from throwing and doesn't have a timetable to return as of now. Pedro Strop has just two saves this season but is the preferred option for fantasy purposes between all Cubs relievers.
