Corey Kluber wins Saturday start

Cleveland Indians right-hander Corey Kluber pitched well in an 8-4 win over the Braves on Saturday. Kluber struck out eight and allowed four runs in seven innings.

Fantasy Impact:

Kluber cruised through the first six innings before he allowed two runs to score in the seventh. In all, it was an acceptable bounceback after he got torched for six runs in just 2 2/3 innings in his last start. Kluber now has a 2-2 record, 5.88 ERA, 1.62 WHIP, and 29 strikeouts in 26 innings of work. While he isn't performing the way his fantasy owners expected when they drafted him, patience with the ace is required as his fantasy trade value is pretty low right now.
