Aaron Nola gets back into the win column Saturday

by Mike Maher | Phillies Correspondent | Sun, Apr 21st 9:51am EDT

Phillies starting pitcher Aaron Nola allowed three earned runs on nine hits and one walk while striking out nine over 5 2/3 innings in a win over the Rockies on Saturday. The win brings him to 2-0 on the season.

Fantasy Impact:

While Nola still allowed more baserunners than he or fantasy owners would like and served up two more home runs Saturday, he was able to pitch well enough to get the win. His nine strikeouts were his most in a start this season, and his win was his first since his first start of the season back on March 28. He is scheduled to take on the Miami Marlins at home in his next start.
