by Garett Thomas | Angels Correspondent | Mon, Apr 22nd 5:49pm EDT
Anthony Rendon will continue his absence from the lineup on Monday. The third baseman injured his elbow when he was struck with a pitch and removed from Saturday's game. His X-rays were negative. Howie Kendrick will start at third in Rendon's place. (Mark Zuckerman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Rendon remains day-to-day and managers should monitor his status as it continues to develop. DFS players can look to Howie Kendrick if they are looking for Rendon's replacement. Kendrick is slashing .407/.486/.852 in 2019, along with three home runs, eight RBI and nine runs scored in 35 plate appearances.
