Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports Nathan Eovaldi is set to undergo elbow surgery on Tuesday to remove loose bodies. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter)

Rob Bradford of WEEI adds the Red Sox expect him to miss 4-6 weeks with the issue. Eovaldi actually underwent the same surgery last season and missed two months. The World Series hero has a 6.00 ERA this season and can be dropped in re-draft leagues.
