Victor Robles continues to bat second for Nationals

by Mike Maher | Nationals Correspondent | Tue, Apr 23rd 9:22am EDT

Washington outfielder Victor Robles batted second in the lineup on Monday for the second consecutive game, going 0-for-4 with two strikeouts.

Fantasy Impact:

Robles had been stuck at the bottom of the lineup to start the season but seems to have played his way into a better opportunity. With Trea Turner on the Injured List and Brian Dozier struggling and being dropped in the lineup, Robles and his speed are being given a chance near the top of the lineup. It is worth noting, however, that Dozier has hit three home runs in his last four games and could himself be playing his way back up to the top of the lineup.
