Pablo Lopez tosses quality start in win over Indians
by Mike Maher | Twins Correspondent | Wed, Apr 24th 8:27am EDT
Marlins starter Pablo Lopez allowed just one unearned run on two hits and two walks while striking out six over 6 1/3 innings in a win over the Cleveland Indians on Tuesday. The win brings him to 2-3 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Lopez had actually thrown six no-hit innings but ran out of gas in the seventh before being pulled shortly after allowing an unearned run. He now has a 4.44 ERA and 29 strikeouts over his first 26 1/3 innings of the season, and he is currently scheduled to take on the Phillies in Philadelphia in his next start.
