Rich Hill goes six innings in season debut

Rich Hill made his season debut on Sunday against the Pirates. Hill allowed five runs (one earned) within the first two innings then settled in to go six innings (85 pitches) with six strikeouts.
Fantasy Impact:
This was an encouraging start as you could see the rust wearing off the deeper Hill went. No walks and six strikeouts with plenty of break on his pitches should make fantasy owners confident moving forward. Hill’s next start will come on the road versus the Padres.
