Pedro Strop strikes out two over two scoreless

Pedro Strop logged a pair of scoreless innings Sunday against the Diamondbacks, striking out two while allowing a pair of hits.
Fantasy Impact:
Strop came on during a tie game which carried on well into extra innings. It was a fine outing, though owners shouldn't expect Strop to see multi-inning work frequently moving forward as the team's more traditional closer. While Strop does appear to have a lock on that role, it's only resulted in three saves so far this season. As the Cubs are expected to turn things around, they should be able to provide Strop a fair number of opportunities, and with Brandon Morrow's timeframe for return unknown, Strop continues to be one of the better closer options at what's become a fairly shallow position in 2019.
