Corey Kluber exits start after getting hit by comebacker

Corey Kluber left Wednesday's start versus Miami after getting hit by a comebacker off the bat of Brian Anderson. (Buster Olney on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Anderson's 102 mph liner hit Kluber right on the elbow. He immediately left the game. Kluber didn't even try picking up the ball afterwards, though that might not mean much. The Indians should update his status shortly.
