James Paxton (knee) placed on 10-day IL

The Yankees have placed James Paxton on the 10-day injured list with left knee inflammation. The team recalled Jake Barrett from Triple-A. (New York Yankees on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Paxton was removed from last night's start against the Twins with a knee issue, which he said he had been battling most of the year. Inflammation certainly isn't the worst diagnosis, but given Paxton's injury history, expect the Yankees to be careful. It's unclear how long he'll be out or who will take his spot in the rotation, but the Yankees should provide further information in the coming days.
