Kyle Farmer went 2-for-6 with a solo home run and two RBI in the Reds' 12-11 extra innings loss to the Giants on Friday.
Fantasy Impact:
Farmer has shown decent power in a reserve role, with four home runs and a .375 ISO in 36 PA, but his .219 AVG and 25% strikeout rate will limit his ability for regular playing time. With the recent promotion of Nick Senzel and the hot hitting of fellow backup infielder Derek Dietrich, Farmer isn't going to see his playing time increase any time soon.
