Steven Brault allowed two runs on two hits over four innings in the Pirates' 5-4 win over the Rangers on Tuesday. He walked three and struck out five in the no decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Brault had been a disaster out of the bullpen prior to this start, so this outing is solid all things considered. He lowered his ERA to 7.11 and his FIP to 5.59 after this outing. This was just a spot start, but if he makes another start it would come Sunday at St. Louis.
