Stephen Strasburg allows two runs in loss to Dodgers
by Mike Maher | Sun, May 12th 8:06pm EDT
Nationals starter Stephen Strasburg allowed two earned runs on four hits and two walks while striking out seven over six innings in a loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers on Sunday. The loss drops him to 3-3 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Strasburg pitched well on Sunday but was on the wrong end of a dominating performance by opposing starter Hyun-Jin Ryu, who took a no-hitter into the eighth inning. Strasburg now has a 3.63 ERA with a more encouraging 2.73 FIP to go with 75 strikeouts over 57 innings. His next start is scheduled to come against the Chicago Cubs at home.
