Charlie Morton fired six scoreless innings giving up three hits and striking out five batters on Tuesday as the Rays shut out the Marlins 4-0.

Morton is off to a great start in his first season with the Rays and is now 4-0 with the win and has a 2.32 ERA, 1.13 WHIP and 61/21 K/BB ratio in 50 1/3 innings this year. Morton is next scheduled to face the Yankees on Saturday.
