Miguel Sano activated off IL but not in lineup Wednesday

The Minnesota Twins activated third baseman Miguel Sano (heel) off the 10-day injured list on Wednesday, but he is not in the starting lineup for the team's matchup against the Los Angeles Angels. In a corresponding roster move, catcher Mitch Garver was placed on the injured list. (Dan Hayes on Twitter)

Sano has not yet played this season and joins a crowded situation in Minnesota, with Willians Astudillo and Marwin Gonzalez already seeing time at third base and Nelson Cruz serving as the everyday designated hitter.
