Jose Alvarado registers fifth hold on Wednesday

Jose Alvarado earned a hold in the Rays' 1-0 win over the Marlins on Wednesday, striking out one in 1 1/3 scoreless innings.
Fantasy Impact:
Alvarado earned four saves in his first six appearances of the season but hasn't registered once since April 7th. Diego Castillo and Emilio Pagan have been piling up the saves since then. Alvarado will still post fantastic ratios, and is still a must-own in leagues that count holds, but he can't be relied on for more than 10 total saves this year.
