Chicago White Sox right-hander Ivan Nova was blasted in a 10-2 loss to the Blue Jays on Friday. Nova allowed nine runs (eight earned) in three innings of work while striking out one and walking four.

Fantasy Impact:

Nova had pitched well in his previous two starts and held these same Blue Jays to one run his last time out. The veteran right-hander is really having a rough time this season, posting a 2-4 record, 7.42 ERA, 1.80 WHIP, and 32 strikeouts in 47 1/3 innings of work.
