Nationals starter Max Scherzer did not allow any runs on four hits and two walks while striking out nine over six innings in a no-decision against the New York Mets on Wednesday.

Fantasy Impact:

Scherzer was excellent on Wednesday and left the game with a 1-0 lead, but the Mets exploded for six runs on the Washington bullpen in the eighth inning. He will now take a 3.41 ERA and 96 strikeouts over 71 1/3 innings into his next start against the Miami Marlins at home.
