Smith pitched in a tie game at the time as the Giants went on to lose in 13 innings. He would've been in line for a save had his set up man Tony Watson not served up a two-run homer to Austin Riley. Smith is one of the most underrated closers in fantasy baseball this year, posting a 2.75 ERA to go along 12 saves and 27 strikeouts in 19 2/3 innings pitched.
