Responding to a question on Twitter, Fay said Wood hasn't begun his throwing program yet and will "probably" be sidelined until the end of June. (John Fayman on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Wood is supposed to start a program shortly, but the Reds are predictably being cautious after he experienced a setback following a bullpen session in late April. The 28-year-old lefty has yet to throw a pitch for the Reds since being acquired from the Los Angeles Dodgers in the offseason, and those who have held onto him to this point will have to wait a little longer to see him in action.
