Dakota Hudson notches quality start Saturday

by Elliott Baas | Cardinals Correspondent | Sun, May 26th 11:17am EDT

Dakota Hudson allowed two runs on five hits over 6.1 innings in the Cardinals' 6-3 win over the Braves on Saturday. He walked two and struck out two in the no decision.

Fantasy Impact:

This was Hudson's third straight quality start, but none of them have been particularly excited from a skills perspective. He's allowed at least seven baserunners in all three of those starts, and has nine combined strikeouts across 18.1 innings. Maybe he'll continue to walk this tightrope, but don't balance your team's pitching ratios on it. His next start comes Friday vs. Chicago.
