He crashed face-first into the fence, but got up and left after making his case to stay in the game. The 25-year-old has displayed his immense upside with five home runs, nine steals, and an .807 OPS. This isn't a shocking turn of events from the devil-may-care center fielder. Nearly exactly a year ago (May 27), Buxton also got hurt crashing into a wall.
