Cole Hamels a tough-luck loser Sunday

Cole Hamels allowed one unearned run on two hits over seven innings in the Cubs' 2-1 loss to the Cardinals on Sunday. He walked two and struck out four while falling to 4-2.
Fantasy Impact:
Hamels got no help from his team today, as the Cubs offense couldn't muster up a single run until the ninth inning, and his catcher made a costly throwing error, leading to an unearned run scoring on Hamels. One could argue he pitched better than his opponent, Adam Wainwright, but that's neither here nor there in terms of fantasy outlook. Owners should consider this start a decent bounce back for Hamels after he got clobbered against Houston last time out. His next start comes Friday vs. St. Louis.
