Marlins starter Pablo Lopez tossed six scoreless innings in Tuesday’s win over the Milwaukee Brewers, allowing three hits and one walk while striking out seven. The win brings him to 4-5 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Lopez continues to be frustratingly inconsistent for fantasy owners this season, mixing in gems and duds with regularity. His ERA is down to 4.52 on the season, and he has a solid 62 strikeouts over 63 2/3 innings. He has thrown two straight quality starts with just one run allowed over 12 innings, but the worry here is that he could be due for another rough outing when he takes on the Braves at home in his next start.
