by Brendan Tuma | Orioles Correspondent | Wed, Jun 5th 9:27pm EDT

Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports Craig Kimbrel and the Cubs have agreed to a three-year, $43 million contract. (Jon Heyman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Ken Rosenthal reported earlier tonight that Kimbrel had signed with the Cubs and now we know the terms. His market came together quickly once he was no longer attached to draft pick compensation. It's a great landing spot for his fantasy value and it's a killer for Pedro Strop's fantasy owners. Kimbrel was elite last year, posting a 2.47 ERA to go along with a 0.99 WHIP, 42 saves, and 96 strikeouts in 62 1/3 innings pitched.
