It's a well-deserved rest day for Torres, who had started 19 of the Yankees' previous 20 games – including both ends of a doubleheader twice – while appearing in all 20 in that span. The second-year stud is batting .279 with 14 home runs and 31 RBIs in 222 at-bats on the season.
