Ryan Yarbrough allowed two runs (one earned) on four hits with no walks and struck out seven batters over 7 2/3 innings to earn the win over the Red Sox in the first game of a doubleheader Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
This was a nice bounce-back start for Yarbrough who gave up seven runs in his last outing. The 27-year-old improves to 5-2 with a 5.31 ERA and 1.09 WHIP after three starts and six relief appearances. Yarbrough has his next start on Thursday at home against the Angels.
