Jeff Samardzija fell to 3-5 on Saturday versus the Dodgers, giving up three runs on seven hits over 5 1/3 innings.
Fantasy Impact:
The 34-year-old struck out five and walked two in the outing. It's been his typical line this season. Samardzija doesn't kill your ERA but he also doesn't pitch deep enough into games to compile wins or quality starts. He's a deep league option, and he should be avoided next time out versus the Brewers.
