German Marquez received a no-decision on Monday versus the Cubs, striking out seven while allowing four runs over six innings pitched.
Fantasy Impact:
Marquez allowed five hits and two walks in the outing and now owns a 4.19 ERA on the season. The 24-year-old hasn't been bad this season, as he also has 96 strikeouts and a 1.16 WHIP, but he hasn't jumped into the ace tier like some fantasy players might have been hoping for. He gets the Padres at home again next time out.
