Sandy Alcantara takes sixth loss Monday

Marlins starter Sandy Alcantara allowed one earned run on four hits and four walks while striking out six over five innings in Monday’s loss to the St. Louis Cardinals. The loss drops him to 3-6 on the year.
Fantasy Impact:
Alcantara walked four but otherwise pitched well, lowering his ERA to 3.67 despite taking his sixth loss of the season. He has struck out just 52 batters over 76 innings, however, and that combined with a rebuilding Marlins roster limits his fantasy appeal. His next start is scheduled to come against the Pirates at home.
