Jordan Hicks locks down 13th save Monday
by Elliott Baas | Giants Correspondent | Tue, Jun 11th 11:24am EDT
Jordan Hicks pitched a scoreless ninth and picked up his 13th save in the Cardinals' 4-1 win over the Marlins on Monday. He allowed one hit, walked none, and struck out two.
Fantasy Impact:
This was Hicks first appearance in four days, and he locked down a save in back-to-back appearances. He has solid job security as the Cardinals' closer, with John Gant likely next in line for saves.
