Giles was placed on the 10-day injured list prior to Wednesday's game against the Baltimore Orioles with right elbow inflammation. (Shi Davidi on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Davidi is reporting that Giles doesn't believe he'll need longer than 10 days to return to action, which is good news for his fantasy owners. The 28-year-old is having a great season, boasting a 1.08 ERA with 11 saves and 42 strikeouts over 25 innings. Look for Joe Biagini to take over the ninth inning role in Giles' absence.
