Zach Eflin goes eight strong innings in loss to Diamondbacks

Phillies starter Zach Eflin allowed two earned runs on five hits and one walk while striking out nine over eight innings in a loss to the Arizona Diamondbacks on Wednesday. The loss drops him to 6-6 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Eflin has been excellent for the Phillies of late and has a 2.81 ERA, but it is worth noting that some of the metrics tell a different story. His xFIP is nearly two runs higher at 4.66, and his Hard% is up more than 7% than last season when he had a 4.36 ERA. His next start is scheduled to come against the Nationals in Washington, but Eflin may be more of a sell-high candidate than someone fantasy owners will be able to rely on consistently for the rest of the season.
