Joey Lucchesi turns in quality start in loss

Lucchesi (5-4) took the loss Wednesday against the Giants, allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits and two walks while striking out six over six innings.
Fantasy Impact:
Lucchesi recovered well after allowing a Kevin Pillar solo shot in the second inning. The Giants got to him in the fifth, stringing together a pair of singles and a walk to plate two more runs. The Padres' offense could not muster enough firepower to carry him to a win, however. Through 13 starts this season, Lucchesi holds a 4.11 ERA, a 1.13 WHIP, and a 73:20 K:BB. His next start will come Monday against the Brewers at home.
