Dominguez had PRP injection in his injured elbow earlier this week and hopes to be throwing in 4-6 weeks if all goes well. (Todd Zolecki on Twitter)

Dominguez has opted against having surgery in hopes of pitching again this season. The 24-year-old has a 3-0 record with a 4.01 ERA and 29 strikeouts over 24 2/3 innings this season.
