Giancarlo Stanton (knee) heading to injured list

Giancarlo Stanton (knee) will be placed on the 10-day injured list for the knee injury he sustained in Tuesday's game. (Lindsey Adler on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Stanton left Tuesday's game and appeared to escape with only a contusion, though further testing on Wednesday showed that Stanton is dealing with a strained PCL. This is a really tough break for Stanton and fantasy owners, as he recently returned from a lengthy stay on the injured list last week. Mike Tauchman will replace Stanton on the Yankees' roster, and Brett Gardner will start in Stanton's place Wednesday.
