Kirby Yates struck out two in 1 1/3 innings on Friday versus the Cardinals to pick up his 27th save of 2019.
Fantasy Impact:
Yates' performance helped secure the 3-1 win for San Diego. The 32-year-old has been the best reliever to own in fantasy this year, posting a 1.31 ERA to go along with a 0.87 WHIP and 56 strikeouts in 34 1/3 innings. At this rate he'll be the first closer off draft boards in 2020 fantasy drafts.
