Yankees first baseman Luke Voit left Saturday's game against the Boston Red Sox in London with an apparent leg injury as he attempted to stretch a single into a double in what was his fourth hit of the day. He was replaced by Gio Urshela. (Bobby Nightengale on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Voit came up lame heading into second base in the fifth inning but ended up being safe anyway as second baseman Brock Holt dropped the ball while tagging him. No word has been given on the nature or severity of his injury, but the early speculation is that it could be a hamstring strain due to the way he pulled up.
