Marcus Stroman leaves Saturday's start with injury

Marcus Stroman exited Saturday's start versus the Royals with a left shoulder pectoral cramp. (Toronto Blue Jays on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The good news is the injury wasn't to his pitching shoulder. We should get an update from Toronto tomorrow in regards to whether or not Stroman will make his next start. Prior to departing he gave up three runs in four innings, raising his ERA to 3.18 on the season.
