Brandon Lowe left Tuesday's game against the Orioles after fouling a ball off his leg. He was replaced by Yandy Diaz at first base as a pinch-runner after finishing the at-bat and singling. (Josh Tolentino on Twitter)

Lowe finished the at-bat and singled but did leave the game with a noticeable limp. Look for an update on his status on Wednesday after he undergoes further tests tonight. Before exiting, Lowe was 3-for-3 with a home run, two RBIs, and a stolen base.
