Marlins starter Sandy Alcantara allowed two earned runs on four hits and four walks while striking out five over 5 2/3 innings in Wednesday’s loss to the Washington Nationals. The loss drops him to 4-8 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Alcantara fell one out shy of a quality start on Wednesday after allowing six runs to this same Nationals squad his last time out. He will now take a 3.82 ERA and 70 strikeouts over 101 1/3 innings into the All-Star break.
