Matt Barnes pitched one inning and walked one batter while striking out two as the Red Sox beat the Blue Jays by an 8-7 score on Thursday.

Barnes bounced back after giving up five earned runs in his last two appearances. The veteran reliever has been a mixed bag this season blowing six saves in 10 opportunities but does have 13 holds. Barnes is worth owning in leagues that count holds.
