Paul Goldschmidt went 2-for-4 with a home run and four RBI in Saturday's loss to the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
His three-run shot in the eighth inning was not quite enough to propel the Cardinals to the win, but it did give Goldschmidt his second homer in as many nights and his 16th of the season. He's hit safely in six straight games, bringing his slash line to .254/.344/.428. Though those numbers are disappointing in the aggregate, he seems to be building some momentum heading into the second half.
