Wade LeBlanc effective as primary pitcher
by Brad Camara | Mon, Jul 8th 9:54pm EDT
Wade LeBlanc pitched six 1/3 innings, allowing one run on three hits and two walks while striking out two in Sunday's 7-4 loss to the Athletics. He did not factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Opener Matt Carasiti coughed up five runs (four earned), digging the Mariners into a early hole. LeBlanc came in after and pitched well enough to keep the Mariners in the game. LeBlanc, in seven appearances as a primary pitcher, has gone 3-0 while posting a 3.00 ERA and 27:9 K:BB in 39 innings.
