Brandon Lowe shooting to return from IL on Saturday

The Rays second baseman is hoping to return from the IL once eligible (Saturday, July 10). Lowe was placed on the IL retroactive to July 3 after suffering a deep bruise to his right shin. (Tampa Bay Times)
Fantasy Impact:
The 25-year-old is having a breakout campaign batting .276 to go along with 16 home runs, 49 RBIs, 40 runs, and five steals. The issue sits in his underlying metrics though where he has an inflated .381 BABIP. He also strikes out at an alarming rate of 33.9% and has only a 7.2% BB rate. With that plate discipline paired with his batted ball luck, don't be surprised if regression comes in the second half.
