Kyle Freeland to return to the Rockies starting rotation

Fantasy Impact:
Freeland was sent to the minors in late May after recording a 7.13 ERA in 12 starts. He owned a 8.80 ERA in six starts for Triple-A Albuquerque. Freeland is coming off a year where he finished fourth in the NL CY Young Voting, but is showing no signs of turning things around based on his recent performance. Leave him on the waiver wire until he is able to put together a string of quality starts.
